The Last Ones...(for now)

February 2008

My iTunes: You Can Count On Me by The Counting Crows

These are the last of my bowling images to share...

I love the shoe pic above. Is it just me or does everyone have to try on like 3 pairs of bowling shoes until you get the right size? I think it's because the shoes are all so different and then people stretch them. Below are the lockers....I kept the original colors because they have probably been that color since the 60's or earlier. Very cool.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Loving the lockers pic. It seems with each year that passes I gain more appreciation for things from the past.

I would definitely have to agree with you on the whole shoe thing... Your pics have really made me want to go bowling...

That aqua color on the lockers has been around since the 50's. My mom painted her kitchen that color in about 1956, with pink accents.

Was that shoe picture for me? My driver was "8" last year and "88" this year...just looked like you were sending me a message. I love all your photos...keep up the good work.

That's why I can never order shoes online. I have to try them on because sizes seem to vary from brand to brand.

I love the retro look of the lockers - very 1960's!

Thanks for stopping by :) I love what I'm seeing here. The "subbing" pic below is fantastic (as are the rest of them). Your photos have a very surreal feel to them. They are all in focus but seem soft; almost a motion picture feel. Excellent work!

And Happy Birthday Alex! Welcome to my blogroll :)

Love the bowling images...I may have said this before...if so forgive my senility. The last time I bowled we did three games and I was soooo sore the next morning I had to take an Aleve. How can anyone get sore after bowling?

I am still thinking about that challenge you gave me...the 5 favorite pictures. Hope to have that put together soon.

Take care,

Mike
