My iTunes: Just As I Am by Andrew Peterson

...that aren't so ordinary.

I am always happy when I find an interesting capture when I least expect it. Take here for instance, I was heading into the local antique store and looked up as I walked through the doorway. I quickly grabbed my camera, shot the picture and went in for a good browse. I love wandering among all the things that once passed through the hands of others and imagining their stories. I didn't walk out with anything but it was a lovely afternoon spent with friends. I didn't realize until later how much I would I like this image and I hope that you do as well.

Take care everyone!

I love to imagine the stories that come associated with things that have been passed over years, a note here or a note there on a book read by generations, old pictures ........
its a very welcoming shot, Anna..:)

Hi Anna... Really like today's photo. Hope to get back commenting on the blogs as much as I did. Life has been hectic for me lately.

Nice coloring and textures. It almost looks like a painting.
One of the favorite things that hubby and I do is wander through antique stores. Its a great way to pass the time.

"Just As I Am" is my favorite "Andrew Peterson" song. I haven't heard it for a long time and had forgotten about it until you mentioned it!

Have you heard of the 3D Movie/Concert coming out later this year entitled "U23D"? It's a 55min concert with songs recorded from the Vertigo tour last February...all in "3D". I'm going to check it out if it comes to theaters here in central Florida!!!

I heard a review from a sneak peak veiwing that it was like being at a concert, the movie goers were singing along ;)

So I was thinking in the shower today (cos that's where I do a lot of my thinking) how I sometimes feel like a broken record (or should I say scratched CD??) on your site b/c I LOVE all of your photos!! So then I thought, I should write a specific WHY I love all of your photos.....right?? :) That's all I've got for now...haha

I love how you can see the flourescent lights through the windows in this one....

P.S. London has some of THE BEST charity shops - aka thrift stores :)

Looks as if that building could tell a few stories itself along with the items inside. Nicely done.
