I am excited to share these pics of my business cards that were just finished. My brother-in-law who is in advertising did them for me. I wanted something unique so we came up with these square cards with six of my different images. I am very happy with how they turned out. Thanks Randy! My website will be up and running in the next two weeks hopefully so later I will share the link with you. I am still also trying to figure out a logo to add to my images....lots to think about!

One of the reasons that my blog has been somewhat neglected lately is that I have had several photography jobs. What has happened with this "hobby" since I returned to America has been quite unexpected and overwhelming. I really feel like I have been preparing for this for the two years that I was away with my family. What a blessing!

I just wanted to share a bit of what has been happening over here with me.

Sounds like an exciting time. You certainly picked some great images for those cards. I think I saw at least one London shot in there!

Congratulations on getting started on a photography career.

Of course, I knew a tiny bit about it before - but I am hungry for details - and I am not the least bit surprised! You have a wonderful eye.

Dad and I are so proud of you. In your move back home the Lord has continued to bless your family in so many ways. We can't wait to hear more about your new adventure. Love you...

Cool!!!! Interesting to look back from this side and see what God was doing back there... Never know what He is preparing us for... Key as you have found is being open to Him and the things that He wants to do in us as we go through the times we might chose to avoid... at each difficult thing we face there are two choices.. Go forward with His support, or run for it... I remember seeing the difficulty in the words you wrote back when you started this project, and the way that you kept moving forward in faith... I hope you and the family are blessed by the things that happen for you.

Anna, it's so great to hear from you again!

I'm really happy to hear you're finding photographic work here in America, but if it gets too overwhelming you could always throw some of those jobs over to me!

I'm glad all is well, and I hope to be hearing from you more often!

You've made me think, Anna. I'm surrounded all day by people who love what they do, who would do it anyway if it were only for fun, who got into the "biz" - whatever that biz is - because they were just doing it anyway out of love.

How inspirationally cool to see your work taking off in this way. Congrats on the D200...good to see you already giving it a good workout!
