My iTunes: Love Remains the Same by Gavin Rossdale

What a week! It sure was busy but it was so much fun! I am looking forward to getting to some commenting this week and soon....a new project will be coming!

Even though today is traditionally the day of rest, I photographed a family (and their extended family) after a christening. This is one of those reasons that I love being a photographer...I get to make a record during an intimate part of people's lives. How cool is that?!?! They just let me in and share their world. I love this job! While I will be busy editing my last four jobs from this past week, I wanted to share a snapshot that I loved from today. These two were so cute and seem to be two peas in a pod. I have another shoot tomorrow at the crack of dawn...I will share that as well in the next few days!

Hope you all are doing well and have a great start to your week! Congrats to Robert for getting through his first wedding job! Make sure to go and check it out! He did a great job!

Very sweet and good sienna look. Wonderful job of showing the family that you "get" the feeling of such a gathering, and to help them re-live it.

Congrats to Robert, indeed! In the weddings I've shot, I have been fortunate enough to have my wife along as my lovely, intelligent assistant during the posed shots.

It is a great job isn't it!?! Even though mine wasn't a paid job, it was great. Well, my friend did share his tip with me so it was kind of paid. Your image here exemplifies what it is that you do. On your pro-site, you have the words Capturing Life. I love that phrase. Like you said, they let you in and you just capture what happens before your lens, in the way you see it. And you get paid for this? How cool is that?

Thanks for the plug on my wedding pictures. :)

Such a sweet photo. I love the sepia look of it.

We all keep telling Robert he did a fantastic job - maybe he'll believe you. :)

Have a fun week with your visiting friends.

Precious! You're giving people so much more than great photographs.

I'm leaving town again for a while--this time to Colorado with extended family. I'll be taking lots of pictures, but probably not posting any until I get home. Meanwhile, I'll try to stop by as often as possible to enjoy yours! :)
