Project Blue. Take Seven.

Lunch at Stone House
June 2008

My iTunes: Your Love by The Outfield

Weekend hellos!

We spent the day riding the bikes we rented. It was great fun considering this was the first time we have all been able to ride...and keep up, now that both boys can ride two-wheelers! We rode and rode....stopping only to watch the white water rafters, the kayakers and of course...lunch. We stopped at Stone House Subs and it was yummy! I highly recommend this local favorite if you visit Durango.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

I came over from Willow's Cottage to see your Project Blue. I love it and your work (your header is particular)!

You're gonna call me a liar. But I was out driving today, with my camera of course and I was specifically looking for boards painted blue with cracking paint. Now I know why I didn't find it. I couldn't have outdone this! Not that we're competing or anything. Nice work Anna. :)

i am genuinely adoring your work of late Anna - your eye to capture with such beauty the ordinary (in a sign etc) dovetailed with your use of light and composition with subject matter such as steam trains is breathtaking...love dropping by to see what new image has appeared

Great shot and don't they have the neatest little places around Durango!

To answer your question the header is new. I took it yesterday morning!

What a neat shot... that one is spectacular when you click on it to enlarge. The details in the old sign and fence are wonderful!

Are you sore today from the ride? Haha. I love the colors of this one. Obviously you have the blue but then there's the orange also that I like.

I love this one. I feel like I could write a story about this photo.

I've finally got my USB cord, so I have new photos up today (and for the duration of Project Blue!!)
