My iTunes: Someday by John Legend

Just a lovely iris.

That is what I love about photography...there really is no "just" anything. Everything you see is as diverse and unique as the person holding the camera. I saw this tall glass of water when I was on a shoot a few weeks ago. She was at least 2 feet high and I couldn't resist leaning in for a closer more personal look. She did not disappoint.

Hope this brings a smile to you!

very beautiful!

My mom had these that lined the driveway up to her house. My brother used to mow them over all the time, but they never failed to come back up!

Irises always remind me of my grandmother. She had them all around her house. They were the only cultivated flower we were allowed to pick and bring inside for the vase.

The colors of flowers catch our eyes from far away, but it's the details that really make you realize how amazing they are. Good shot.

I'm glad you leaned in. Since I got my new macro lens, I'm all for leaning in! You did a wonderful job capturing this "tall glass of water." The color is stunning.

I'm not one to beg for comments, but if you get the chance, I'd love for you to go back to my post asking what camera equipment people out there are using. I'd love to get a quick response from you. Thank you for all your wonderful comments on my blog. I do really appreciate them. :)

Some of mine are blooming now too. I wish they lasted longer than they do. Very pretty.

Beautiful. I can feel the velvet of the petals. "She" looks like she is singing a song to you.

Beautiful! I love the dance photo below as well. How is the business going? I always love to look to you because I figure that you are a year or two ahead of where I am. You are truly an inspiration!
