All of you know I am NEVER wordless.....
I shot this wall yesterday when I was photographing Sadie and her friends at a nearby church. Every two months or so I offer to take some pics at the location of their choice. It is always fun to do this with them and these are pictures she and her friends can have years from now. I will have more of those tomorrow maybe...it is too late tonight! Sorry for the lack of posting yesterday...I was exhausted from editing! I guess that is a good tired!

I bought the 18-70 mm! I kept seeing them for over $350, until Amazon.com... I snapped up the $210 one. I think I need to retire the credit card now...
When I see photos like this my left and my right brain always get into an argument. With slight variations, it goes something like this:
L: Oh! I love that photo!
R: Huh -- it's a wall?
L: No! Look at the lines. The patterns ...
R: Wall.
L: And the eye follows the line of bricks into the curve, then slides along the slats ...
R: Wall. Wall. Wall.
L: Oh, shut up and go back to sleep.
R: Cool.

Its a great week and my son and family are back from their vacation. They were over to the house for dinner tonight along with the "granddog". It was so much fun. I love when we can be together.

I am just in a summerschool for a week to learn a little more about photography and photoshop. It's very nice we are around 300 students doing all kind of workshops, painting, sculpturing, music, etc.

I really like this shot. It's so simple and elegant with just that one curve of difference in the upper right hand corner.
