Project Black. Take Five.

My New Moo
July 2008

My iTunes: Gravel Lines by Amy Seeley

Hey everyone! OK....I am so excited! I got my new MOO business cards! They just started printing regular size cards and had a special offer and since I am in LOVE with everything MOO...I ordered some. MOO uses all your own images on your cards which is wonderful to give people a glimpse into your work when you only have a few seconds to make an impression.

Do you know how elated I was to see the black case they arrived in? Hello Take Five! Here is a couple of snapshots of them! I can't tell you how much I am hooked on MOO. I use them for all sorts of things for my business and my clients. Email me if you are interested in all the ways I use them...I would be happy to share!

I know the Mr. Linky thing has gotten a bit crazy so DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE DONE IT! I will figure out a better system for next time! I am glad to see so many new participants! I am still making my way around to all of you so thanks for being patient with me!

See you tomorrow!

Happy Sunday Evening. Neat cards.

I just posted my Take 5. A set of three evening action photos. Again, I'm really enjoying all this...

This is a great project. I'm just sorry I have been so busy during my free time on this business trip. I had a few shots that would have worked great, but honestly didn't think of Project Black for them. I will try to come up with something.

With a name like MOO, I would have expected black spots on a white box. Still, I love that you get to put your images out there on your cards. How great is that?

I just got 250 business cards from another company. I'm liking this MOO thing though because they will print multiple images at no extra charge (I think no extra charge?). Great shot and I feel your enthusiasm .

No extra charge....you can do 50 different images if you want..

Those business cards look fantastic. What a good job Moo do! As for the case, well it's like they knew... :)

Mynext PB is up now after my weekend away.

Huge apologies! I did read your ruling at the top, but thought it referred to people who tried to post a single response more than once. (when the link didn't seem to go through!)

I guess I am used to linking to a specific post rather than the whole blog! So how do people know when you've added a new one? Just a comment here is enough?

Sorry about my misunderstanding!

Cool!

Oh... and why use Mr. Linky thing at all? The simplest solution is to eliminate it and use your blog comments to track participants daily.

Hi Anna,

Most blogging platforms offer categories--how about next time asking people to create a Project WHATEVER category with their first post. Then people can simply go through the list and scroll through all the project color posts if they want to. Doing it that way will keep the number of Mr. Linky's down as well as making it easier for people to find things at a later date.

That's what I did this time (well, after I thought of it) and it's working well.

I've seen a few things from MOO, and I'm gonna have to place an order! Soon! :D

Great shots you chose, too, Anna!

I have my first one out there, and my post before that has some that I think qualify.

What a fantastic idea, these are great Anna. fyi the linking system over at http://heyharriet.blogspot.com/, seems to work really well, maybe this could help you out? :0)

These are neat now that they have a new size. Awesome Anna.

Nice choice! Looks like a neat product, though the pricing seems a bit excessive, I think.
I'm on Tale IV in my first color project round - still a little behind. ;)
Cheers, Klaus

Me again Anna, i thought the linking on Hey Harriet was different, but i just rechecked and i think it is the same as you have now - sorry led you on a wild goose chase!!

I am late to the party, as usual... but at least I have arrived. You never realize how difficult it is to shoot "black"... especially without some sort of color! Your photos, as always, are great... even if you cheated on the 2nd rule a bit! ;)

How exciting! That is great! It DOES give you a great way to say a LOT quickly! Very cool!

I just returned from being away a few days - so I also viewed your station lamp -- and that fabulous TRAIN! THAT shot is amazing - with all the smoke and all! I LOVE it!

you won't believe this...before I read your blog I was busy creating my MOO business cards for my wedding photography. I already have the mini MOO cards. Are we psychic twins or something?

Great black!

How fun they showed up in a black box! I've looked at MOO products, but haven't purchased any yet. I'm on the hunt to day for black in my own world. I'm sure there's something wonderful out there awaiting my camera.

in fact, am wondering whether i should join the throngs with a 'blAck entRance fro YOSEMITE VALLEY?

Jientje said...

Oh yes, I'm still having fun! I already have a few posts in mind for the next couple of days, I hope it'll last a little while longer!
I have been very vusy though, too busy to comment here, too busy to let you know my new post is up, and too busy to visit others! I'll try to make it all up as soon as I can!
Meanwhile, let me tell you that I do love all of your PB posts, and being a European I guess my favourite is the lantern!

Black is the new black and I love the absolute lack of color. Excellent work from all of the participants that I've seen so far!

It's AMAZING how many black things are out there if you're looking. :)

My take 5 is up.

Dearest Anna!! I feel so behind on your life and your photos. I actually woke up in the middle of the night last night thinking about you and the fam and also really excited to see what photos I've been missing out on. :) I need to move your blog back to the top of my "bookmarks" so I start checking it every day again! Miss you....hope all is well. Talk more soon (via some medium other than a blog comment ;)) xoxo

Great! I'm going to check out Moo in a few minutes.

This is the first time I'm participating. I hope it's okay to start in a project that's running already - I couldn't wait for the next color *g* It's mar's fault!

Great looking cards, and perfect packaging for Black. Your photos are wonderful!

Thanks so much for hosting this meme. It's been a lot of fun. Though now I can't get that Rolling Stones song out of my head.

I entered my links in the wrong post, sorry about that but they different links, I'm behind so and make this mistake twice, I'm sorry about that

is there something wrong with mr. linky? my links some up three times in all the posts/mr linky

Anonymous said...

I just realized the lists on each posts are the same - am I wrong about this?

if not, does it matter which post and which mr. linky I post my links?

I am so excited about your moo cards! Have you given any out yet? I think when I get settled I might get some. They would be great for "mommy cards"
