Project Yellow. Take Ten.

Caution Flag
April 2008

My iTunes: Say by John Mayer

Hey everyone....

I am pretty busy the next day or so but I promise to be around to check all your blogs! Thanks for being patient with me! I have been to each blog every night to end my day. There are lots of new links for Mr. Linky so make sure to check those out!

This shot is symbolic. I chose to share this as Project Yellow is winding down. Hope you all like it. I haven't seen a flag yet anywhere in the posts...I have to be uber-creative to keep up with all of you!

See you tomorrow for my final addition to Project Yellow!

Hello Anna,
Your Project Yellow is how I found your site, I know I don't have to tell you, it's caught on and everywhere! A very neat concept, you have me looking around for yellow, My favorite color is blue, so mostly seeing that! :) You have some incredible shots, love the Rose shot on your banner! Will be back soon to see more!
Still looking for yellow! :)

I love the movement in the flag. It is fluid and beautiful! You are amazing that you can keep up with us all. Well done!

Whoa. I already ditched PY. Seems I was premature.

I almost got a flag pic with those tiny yellow caution flags. Maybe one of these days.

I have a project in mind, but I have a timely post to publish later tonight (Monday night), so that will have to wait.

Wow, that is quite a long Mr. Linky list!

I like the flag -- I like how it's a combination of opposites, most notably stillness and motion. It reminds me a little of a often-used symbol in art history: if a painter wants to indicate that there is a deeper meaning or symbolism in his/her painting, he/she includes a curtain being pulled back. I think the flag is kind of like that here = )

No, I don't think you've heard me sing. I might get someone to record the opera scene study production, and if I do, I can email you the mp3 = ) I feel like I really become myself and draw close to God when I sing -- it's amazing and I've missed it so much this semester with all my health issues = ( To make a bold analogy, Christy:singing as Anna:photography! ;)

That's a great shot! I couldn't tell that it was a common object until I read your title.

Thank you for starting this great project. I'm late starting and will probably continue on after you wrap it up, if that's okay with you. I may even go back later on and do "red" which I had completely missed.

I added a link to an oldie but a goody yellow... and I am continuing my relapse to project red this week.

Hi Anna,

Such a simple display here but a brilliant vision of yellow. The contrast with the sky makes it even bolder. Your work here, both your photos and your venue, are inspiring.

I'm planning on posting daily until the end so feel free to drop by and see what I put up. I have another new one up tonight.

Thanks once again for this outlet. I hope I can see other colors once PY ends!
